I looked into it but am skeptical. It says that stuff is wonderful for detoxing body, your digestive system and cosmetics too. Then it says it repels rodents and kills roaches, bedbugs and fleas. Bought this probably in regards to a year ago or so... Finally decide to try it. WOW!!! It's been 18 days and nights and I've lost over 16 pounds, and I've been eating all I want, and am never heading hungry, therefore i have no yearnings for anything, fresh home-made Italian loaf of bread or even my all-time favorite corn-type snacks, especially popcorn. Tried some hi carb, processed foods following the first week... believed like crap and lost my desire to eat them. I suppose I will plateau one of these days and will have to begin exercising, but right now I have a sedentary lifestyle with my job and additional personal activities.

If you are treating insulin/leptin amount of resistance, I believe most would profit by lowering carb use, and exchanging them with healthy extra fat. Replacing carbs with too much health proteins can actually cause health problems much like eating too many grain carbs and sugars. The Paleo Diet is about 38 percent protein and 39 percent fats, which may actually be too much proteins rather than enough unwanted fat for optimal wellbeing.
